I can feel it again, that knot in my stomach and the anxiety rushing through my body, trying to explode out of chest. It all bottles up inside until a partial amount boils over and is released from one single tear drop. From that moment on it is no longer contained. Drop after drop my anxiety and emotion stability is completely broken and starts falling to the floor. All I can do is concentrate on being alive. Because nothing else in the world matters when your body feels this way. You no longer cry about what makes your heart ache. You cry because your body;your heart feels like it’s being ripped into a million pieces.

Can’t escape this feeling. Hearts are born with this undeniable, unbreakable desire to be loved. To be loved, to love, to make love, to share love.
